AZINSEO Camp stands as our yearly company retreat, where our dedicated teams from AZINSEO across the globe convene either in person in North Texas or virtually online, especially during the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic. It’s a time dedicated to commemorating our company’s journey, fostering strong bonds among colleagues, and commemorating the significant milestones and triumphs we’ve attained throughout the year.
With a commitment to perpetual growth and development, we curate engaging sessions featuring speakers from diverse backgrounds, enlightening AZINSEO on the latest insights and practices for both personal and professional advancement. Moreover, Thrive Camp serves as the opportune occasion to chart our course for the upcoming year, strategizing our goals and tactics to effectively navigate changes and ensure another year of resounding success.

Employee Service Award
The employee service award is a valuable component of our organization’s overall employee recognition efforts, honoring AZINSEO’ years of hard work. It is an opportunity to thank our tenured team members for their commitment to the company and recognize their individual impacts on our continued growth. We believe that every AZ contributes to the success of our business.
Sterling Sellman Team Player of the Year Award
In loving memory of Sterling Sellman, a cherished member of our team, we proudly present the Sterling Sellman Team Player of the Year Award.
Sterling, who joined AZINSEO in March 2022 as a client onboarding specialist, exemplified true team spirit and showcased exceptional customer service skills throughout his tenure. Beyond his professional role, Sterling was a devoted husband to Steph, a caring pet parent to his two beloved dogs, and a supportive friend and colleague to all. Known for his unwavering kindness and respect towards others, Sterling’s positive impact continues to resonate with those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him.
Tragically, Sterling’s life was cut short by COVID-19 in September 2021. However, his legacy lives on, serving as a beacon of inspiration for all who knew and cherished him.
The Sterling Sellman Team Player of the Year Award pays tribute to individuals who embody our core company values and actively contribute to enhancing employee morale. Introduced during Thrive Camp 2022 by Sterling’s wife, Steph, this award honors his remarkable dedication and invaluable contributions to our growing company.
AZINSEO Core Values Award
This award recognizes AZINSEO who demonstrated our six core values in outstanding ways: Gratitude, Respect, Ownership, Work Ethic, Think Bigger and Honesty. Our core values have guided us to sustainable growth over the years, which would not have been possible if not for our team members who consistently exemplify our company values and corresponding traits. As part of our recognition efforts, we acknowledge the individuals who have shown the highest level of accountability, dedication and respect in the workplace.
Standard of Excellence Award
This award is presented to AZINSEO who rise above the rest with consistent and exceptional results. We give special recognition to individuals who consistently set the standard of excellence in regard to teamwork, creativity and innovation. The recipients of the award are also exemplary bearers of the standards of professional and personal ethics.
Rookie of the Year
Every year, we look for talented individuals who fit well with the company culture and dynamics. We believe that new hires compatible with our existing workforce are the key to building a mutually supportive team. This award honors AZINSEO who show the most promise and extraordinary work within their first year.
Top Closer Award
Our sales team is the engine of our organization. In recognition of their outstanding achievements and contributions to the team, we present the Top Closer Award to AZINSEO who generated the most monthly revenue in the last year. We appreciate and congratulate the sales team members who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding sales results.
