Customer Renewals:

Reboot will send email reminders to customers, registrants, and administrative contacts for domains following ICANN guidelines:

1st Reminder – notice sent 30 days prior to domain expiry
2nd Reminder – notice sent 15 days prior to domain expiry
3rd Reminder – notice sent 3 days prior to domain expiry
Deactivation – notice sent 2 days following domain expiry
Deletion – notice sent 28 days following domain expiry

Renewal and Expiry:

All domains are renewed annually. Reminder emails are sent out 30, 15, 3, and 2 days before expiry. These emails are sent to the email address on the account; it is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure contact details are up to date. Reboot Online Marketing Ltd does not take responsibility if a domain fails due to incorrect contact details. If you do not wish to renew a domain, please ensure you contact us at least 14 days prior to expiry via email at [email protected]. Alternatively, you may set your domain to auto-renew through the client portal area. All domains will be auto-renewed 14 days in advance and billed 30 days in advance.

Failure to renew before the expiry date will result in suspension of all services provided. You will have up to 30 days (protected period) to renew the domain name at the original renewal fee. Renewal fees can be viewed by logging into the client portal.

After 30 days, your domain will be suspended and will enter a 60-day grace period. During this time, you can still renew your domain name, but with an additional redemption fee of £99 + VAT. This request must be made via email before the 80th day after domain expiry. After 90 days, your domain will be canceled and deleted from the register, becoming available for resale through a third-party registrar.

AZINSEO Online Marketing Ltd does not guarantee the registration of a domain name.

Domain Transfer:

AZINSEO Online Marketing Ltd does not impose any charges for transferring a domain to another registrar.
